This timeframe does not include the carrier's shipping time. Delays may occur due to our gem show schedule, as we frequently travel out of state or internationally for several weeks at a time. I offer a refund of your purchase price, should you not like your purchase for any reason. (*Minus and Paypal or Credit Card fees) No item being returned can be altered or damaged in any way. All items must be returned exactly as purchased. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to let me know that you will be returning the item.
